This design project is the concretization of Ana Mandillo’s desire to work with light, to create environments through light. She has always, in her private life, created cozy atmospheres with warm and indirect light, light was always an important aspect of her life and therefore this design project is the perfect conjugation of these ambitions and her work with color.

 

This first collection, "Magic Lamps", was born in the context of Ana Mandillo’s work with the musical piece "Chambre d'enfants" by Francis Dhomont, consequently it was highly inspired by her childhood and children overall imaginary.  The lamps in this collection spread color and color reflects and create environments that make us think of India or other exotic countries. They are perfect for children rooms, romantic environments or just an elegant room with a touch of color.
